The Wolverhampton Airport Safety Information Report (also known as a WASIR) allows personnel to report safety matters to the Airport Management and allows lessons to be learned and disseminated. It is additional to any mandatory reporting requirements. It allows trends or actions to be identified and corrective actions taken.

​All personnel are encouraged to sign the form to allow feedback to the originator to be given. However signing it is not essential.
